Return & Refund Policy

At Nature Comfort, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  1. Be unused and in original condition
  2. Include original packaging and tags
  3. Not show signs of wear, damage, or outdoor overuse

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items such as used water bottles, worn socks, or personal gear accessories may not be eligible for return.

Delivery Time

Our standard shipping time is approximately 9–17 business days depending on your location and carrier conditions. Please note that delays caused by customs, weather, holidays, or shipping carriers are outside of our control.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  1. Your order number
  2. Clear photos of the item and packaging

 We will review the issue and offer a replacement or refund if approved.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval status of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is caused by our error.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours after purchase. After this period, the order may already be processed for shipment.
